EVOTOADZ — TERMS
Short version: you are buying a token on a public blockchain. We keep our promises checkable on-chain, and we do not promise what we cannot control.
WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
An EVOTOADZ token is a collectible on Robinhood Chain. Its artwork changes with how long it is held. It is not an investment, not a security offering, not a share of anything, and comes with no promise of profit, price, liquidity, or future utility. Buy it because you like it.
FINALITY
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Mints are final; there are no refunds. If you send funds to the wrong address or the wrong network, nobody — including us — can retrieve them.
THE ART
The artwork is released under CC0 — no rights reserved. Your toad is yours to use for anything; so is everyone else's. EVOTOADZ is an independent homage to CrypToadz by Gremplin and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Gremplin or the CrypToadz project.
THE MECHANIC
Any transfer of a token — a sale, a gift, or a move between your own wallets — resets its evolution clock to zero. This is the product, not a bug. Evolution timing depends on the chain's clock and infrastructure we do not operate.
ROYALTIES
The contract signals a 2.5% resale royalty (ERC-2981). Marketplace enforcement varies and is outside our control.
RISK
NFT prices can and do go to zero. The chain, the marketplaces, and the wallets involved are third parties that can fail, pause, or change terms. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.
SECURITY
There is exactly one site: evotoadz.com. We never DM first, never ask for your seed phrase, and the only contract we will ever ask you to sign is printed on the mint card. Anything else using our name is a scam.
